HISTORY of the BIGFOOT, Boot/Shoe-in Slipper (Indoor Overshoe)

Long ago in Eastern Europe an over-the-farm-boot / shoe slipper was slowly evolving. Made of wood, wool, woven rags and other local leftover materials. In Russia, scrap wool was boiled, made into felt & shaped into clogs used to cover muddy farm work boots. One day, working people were invited to enter the famous museum in St. Petersburg with its marvelous marble inlaid floors.
